Bulk Discounts (65 or more units)
We offer bulk discounts for groups that order embroidered apparel together. Whether it's a group of colleagues, members of a department, or the entire hospital, there is savings in numbers. We have two types of bulk orders.
- Group Orders -
We hear it all the time. “I want to arrange a bulk discount for my group but I don’t want to be responsible for collecting the money.” At Allen’s Uniforms we make buying for your group easy! Here is how it works:
- You choose 4-6 items that your group members would like. We set up a special page on our website with your items that discount prices.The page will remain active for two weeks. You direct members of your group to that page.
- Members of your group order the items they want and pay for them on the website. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
- We embroider the items, bag them and ship them to the group leader for distribution.
Your group members get the items they want at discount prices, and you don't have to handle the money.
- Institutional Orders -
This option is for orders that will be paid for by the institution or company. We have made it easy for HR departments and managers to order for their teams.
- Tell us which item(s) that you want for your group, and provide us with your logo.
- Send us a spreadsheet with the style, color, size and personalization (if applicable) for each item. Provide a purchase order or credit card to pay for the order.
- We will prepare your logo for embroidery and send you a proof for approval before we begin production.
- When your order is complete, we will send it to the contact person for distribution.
The busiest time of year for ALL EMBROIDERIST is the Fall and Holidays. Please try and get your orders in to us as early as possible. We suggest you send artwork and request samples as early as possible. Some complicated designs can take extra time to prefect on the embroidery machine, so get started early. We can always delay delivery but it’s hard to speed up the job around the holidays.
For you to get a proof, your design(s) will have to be sent to us. Please send us high-resolution artwork (at least 300 dots per inch at 100% size). You can submit your logo using the form on the right, or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that it is in a PC compatible format (tif, jpg, gif, png, bmp, eps, cdr, ai, psd, doc, docx). We will send you a proof of your artwork for approval. You are expected to sign and return the approval to us. If you want a sew out of your art, we are happy to oblige. Just remember this will delay the starting time of your order. If you need samples for sizing your group, we will send them to the group leader. We just ask that you send them back when you are finished. If you compare our prices with other retailers, you'll find that our prices are usually the lowest.
